This is a cigarette holder that I bought in Osaka although I don't have many uses for it (haha)... You can use it as a candy box or storing loose parts. It is a finely made die-cast metal box that has a flip top to put anything you want inside. The design illustrates the Simpsons casts that is also on various other Simpsons products including posters. It is created by Small Planet.
