Description: This sculpture features the whole Simpsons family, with Bart inside the TV. It is made out of a ceramic and resin with magnificient details, and hand painted delicately. It comes with a glass dome which is 4" tall.

This is one of my best buy on Ebay. I was browsing Ebay searching with the keyword "sculpture" and came by this. It was going for a low price and I wondered why nobody was bidding on it. It turns out that neither "dome" or "franklin mint" was included in the description or the title! I bought the sculpture without the dome for $25, and later bought another Franklin Mint figure with dome for $8. I used the glass dome from the other figurine and put it on the Simpsons sculpture!
There was another one on Ebay that sold for $130! I was so lucky to get this so cheap. This is one of my favorite items. It was a certificate of authenticity on the bottom of the sculpture, which you can see on the right. This sculpture originally sold for $41.99 in the US through mail order from Franklin Mint. Its value has appreciated more than 300%... wow.
