This is a Homer statue, or a bust, from Sideshow Collectibles. It is made from polystone and it has extremely fine details. It is quite expensive, so you should view it as art rather than as a collectible. There are many other Simpsons Busts including other Simpsons family members, Sideshow Bob, Moe, Apu etc, so it won't be possible for me to collect them all.
On the bottom of every Simpsons mini-bust, there is a Simpsons logo, the character name, Matt Groening's signature, the sculpter's signature, the "serial number", and the company logo. I've got the 1957th Homer Bust out of the 5000 made. Yep, it is a limited edition merchandise!
